Al-Muqsit: The Equitable

"There is no god but He. That is the witness of Allah, His angels and those endowed with knowledge, equitable" (3:18).

The Equitable is Allah's quality which acts and distributes justice to those who have been wronged from those who are doing wrong. Its perfection lies in linking not only the satisfaction of the one wronged but also the satisfaction of the one who did wrong. That is the ultimate of justice and equity. This is not possible for anyone except Allah.
